Throughout their careers, Wohlreich and Swingruber have been exposed to the inherent inefficiencies of traditional development – find a piece of land and then design a one-off building that fits only this site. Through an acute focus on the architectural design, a kit-of-parts hierarchy, and the end goal of streamlined, replicable construction, they have reversed the equation.
